Download page-32 bit vs 64 bit

Hi Robert, thanks for the feedback. I have passed this along and someone will look into this shortly, but in the meantime, you could:

1) Update your software from the CONNECTION Client (CONNECTION Client itself included.)

2) Use the "Architecture" filter to choose 32-bit or 64-bit. The Software Downloads site should default to x64.

Yes, you have to set the filter, and then execute the search.  In the past, I have set the filter and did not realize that the page was not updated.  I downloaded the incorrect version and got an error while trying to install it.

Hi Robert,

I have contacted our Release Services team and requested to address this issue. I will let you know if that is something that can be easily fixed on Product already available, ver. 10.00.17.10 or will make sure that it will be addressed in upcoming releases.
