Chinese fonts on Bentley site?

I have noticed viewing Bentley's website frequently shows non-English characters.  I am running IE.  Any settings I should check?

    Hello Michael,

    This is a known issue that occurs on rare occasions on communities.bentley.com. It is typically a browser issue and a transient problem. Try refreshing the page or refresh your browser cache by pressing CTRL+F5 while on the page.
