I just filled out a service request and it would not let me upload a 34 KB JPG. I then saved it as a PNG so it was only 16 KB. It still didn't like it. Said I had to compress it! What the . . .? I zipped it and it let me upload that. What's going on? I've upload larger JPG's before.
Hello Tank,
Is the file extension upper case? (.JPG instead of .jpg) There is a current known issue with upper case file extensions which is scheduled to be resolved this week.

Ah, yes it is uppercase. Are you guys using Linux for your service request? (File names are case-sensitive in Linux.)
Pop-up blocker maybe?
Just turned it off and it still won't upload. Besides, it used to work for me and I hadn't messed with my pop-up blocker.
Tank, what web browser are you using? (IE, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc) Have you tried closing out of all instances and restarting? Have you tried another web browser if available? Can you specify the Service Request number?
I was using IE 11. Yes, I tried restarting. I just tried it with Chrome and it worked! So what could have happened since the last time I successfully used IE to write a service request?
Could you please check your IE configuration? I am interested in Compatibility View Setting, please make sure that bentley.com is NOT listed there. If so, please remove it, restart browser and try again to attach a file.
Nope, Bentley.com is not there.
I can repro your issue if IE in CompView. Will ask for a dev for further assistance, please use Chrome or any other browser as a w/around. Thank you
