I just filled out a service request and it would not let me upload a 34 KB JPG. I then saved it as a PNG so it was only 16 KB. It still didn't like it. Said I had to compress it! What the . . .? I zipped it and it let me upload that. What's going on? I've upload larger JPG's before.
Hello Tank,
Is the file extension upper case? (.JPG instead of .jpg) There is a current known issue with upper case file extensions which is scheduled to be resolved this week.

Ah, yes it is uppercase. Are you guys using Linux for your service request? (File names are case-sensitive in Linux.)
I am not sure, but the issue is planned to be resolved in an update to the SR Manager tomorrow.
So did y'all break it even worse? I tried uploading a file in a service request day before yesterday and it wouldn't let me. It was a 84 kB pdf. I tried zipping it and it still didn't let me. I tried capturing the image and sending as a png. No dice. What's going on?
Hi Tank, issues with attachments (file extensions to be precise) noted above have been resolved on Feb 6th. I just tested upload of allowed files and see no issue. Can you please provide me with some additional details? Steps to repro? Thank you, Pavel
