I just filled out a service request and it would not let me upload a 34 KB JPG. I then saved it as a PNG so it was only 16 KB. It still didn't like it. Said I had to compress it! What the . . .? I zipped it and it let me upload that. What's going on? I've upload larger JPG's before.
Pavel, I don't know what to tell you. I created a new service request. Under "Upload File", I clicked "Browse …". I then selected the file I wanted and clicked "Open". It then took me back to the service request but no file had been attached. No warning, no nothing.
Pop-up blocker maybe?
Just turned it off and it still won't upload. Besides, it used to work for me and I hadn't messed with my pop-up blocker.
Tank, what web browser are you using? (IE, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc) Have you tried closing out of all instances and restarting? Have you tried another web browser if available? Can you specify the Service Request number?

I was using IE 11. Yes, I tried restarting. I just tried it with Chrome and it worked! So what could have happened since the last time I successfully used IE to write a service request?
