  • Tuan, it appears that the survey you received is related to a recently closed Service Request #7001110192. The survey can only be accessed when signed in with the same email address as the Service Request was filed under. I will send you a private message so as not to expose email addresses in this public forum.

  • Not sure if it was specific to an SR Jesse as I can't see any indication that it was. I actually received 2 emails, the first one titled "Your Opinion Counts!" and that was the one with the broken link. The second one titled "Your Opinion Matters!" and the link in that email worked. No sign in was required for the 2nd one.

  • Tuan, after discussing further, we believe that the bad link may be caused by a change that we made to the subject line of the email. You may have received two emails, with the one that has the bad link being a duplicate which was accidentally sent. Please ignore the one with the bad link - apologies for the confusion, and thanks for your feedback!
