Refund not paid - why has it taken more than 6 months and counting?

I closed my account in September 2021 and Bentley confirmed in writing that a refund was due.

It is now more than 6 months and the refund has not been received. The Bentley process appears to pass it on to another department until it disappears. No one seems to have accountability for actioning it.

I raised this through the global web page contact form and I didn't even receive an acknowledgment. This is shoddy treatment.

Who do I contact to escalate this issue?
