My Internet router settings changed. When I visit the Bentley Community, it doesn't know me. I have to create a new account. How can I use my old profile with all my account settings intact?

Jon, I am seeing two different accounts under your name, your previous existing one and this new one, both with different email addresses. What happens when you try to sign in with your original account? Can you provide more details? I am not seeing any obvious issues with your old account. However we are experiencing some issues related to sign-in with the recent upgrade of the site, which could be related.

Be Communities lets me log-in only with the new account (j.summers@ieee.org). When I attempt to log-out of that account, Be Communities gives me a 'server error'. Subsequently, I remain logged-in to that new account. It's a Catch-22.
I'm happy for you to delete the new account (j.summers@ieee.org) as there's little activity on it.
