With a big thanks to Gerald Hernandez from Geospatial Paradigm Solutions, Inc. for contributing this awesome little VBA application! As it's name implies, Halo creates a "halo" around your elements which is especially useful for drawing attention to specific design elements. You can also use this to emphasize vector data that may be difficult to see when displayed on top of a raster. A must have for all mappers!2005-03-30 Minor revisions.

The halo element will be placed on active level and that the default values for both the colour and weight is 4.Please note that halos will not work as expected for Windows TTF fonts. In addition, it is not recommended to use this application on dimension elements.
