Links on elements
In MicroStation XM you can add links to your elements. What a terrific way to navigate around your drawing...just take a peek at the video below.
You can try this for yourself by opening the delivered
...\WorkSpace\Projects\Examples\Geospatial\Dgn\BSI200-M02-City Small.dgn
. Select the
Element Selection
tool, right-click an element in the legend and select
Follow Link
from the pop-up menu. Click on the desired link and the target will open in the active view. Also - elements with links will show a little blue link icon to the lower left of the cursor.
