    Creating EMF and WMF files with MicroStation V8 XM Edition

    If you're wondering where the EMF and WMF plot drivers have gone in MicroStation V8 XM Edition - well here's the scoop. The WMF format is obsolete and can no longer be written by MicroStation. As for creating an EMF file, select printer.plt and choose the Create Metafile option as shown below. The resulting output file can then be imported or pasted into MS Word.
