Don't plot levels, only view them

MicroStation V8 - Rather than writing a fancy schmancy pentable to disable the plotting of specific levels, you can simply turn off the
Plot
switch via the Level Manager.
The clip below shows the following actions:
Show Level Manager and plot switch being on for the
Annotation
level.
Open the plot preview to show that the level will be plotted.
Turn off the plot property of the
Annotation
level.
Re-open the plot preview dialog to show the level is not being plotted.
