Winners: Reality Modeling Category  

Winner: Suda Sravani & Yakama Yamini Prasanthi, Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh

The winner of the contest is Preparation of GIS MAP OF GOLLAMUDI VILLAGE. The model was indeed a classical representation of the existing and future amenities of a village. Here the reality model produced with the help of a drone was used to its complete potential in identifying the areas of development in road infrastructure, water, and wastewater systems, street light positions and overall property development.

1st Runner Up: Mihir Bhat, Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management & Engineering, Maharashtra

 One of the most interesting projects that shared light on the design aspect of a rail coach and innovative ideas to tackle congestion during peak hours in the rapid transit system of Mumbai.

  

2nd Runner Up:  S. Sai Eswar Ravi Kiran & Shaik Raja Nagul Meera, Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh

The next most deserving project was QUARRY VOLUME ESTIMATION & RATE OF ROCK EXTRACTION. The project covered one of the most discussed topics in the mining industry, i.e. volume calculations. With the user of reality models, the miners can easily determine the amount cut and fill volumes as per requirement.
