I am trying to upload my ID card, Why the upload is getting failed?

Please consider the following points, before you upload the School/University ID (identification details) card.

• Card should be clean and clear and should be readable by our system.
• File size should be less than 1 MB and only JPEG, JPG or PNG format is accepted.
• The details on ID card (For ex. Name, School/University Name) should exactly match the details you have provided on your Bentley Education Profile in My Dashboard section.

In case the issue persists, feel free to approach us through https://education.bentley.com/ContactUs by uploading the scan copy of your School/University ID card and we will get back to you within next 24 to 48 hours.
