If you’re a regular attendee to Bentley’s Success Factors Webinars or monthly Special Interest Group online meetings (SIGs), you may have noticed a change in the platform now used to deliver these program offerings to you.
Bentley is now delivering its leading-edge learning content on Adobe Connect. In talking about the decision to move to the Adobe Connect platform, Molly Brown, Manager, User Engagement Technology said, “We felt moving to Adobe Connect would give our users greater accessibility and flexibility to participate in online learning, especially since there is no download required.”
Another advantage to using Adobe Connect is that it can be accessed on most mobile platforms. When you open your email confirmation link on a mobile device, you will automatically be prompted to open the mobile app – or get it if you don’t already have it. The Adobe Connect mobile app is available from the Apple iTunes store, Android Market, and Blackberry App World.
Whether you join from a desktop or laptop PC or mobile device, you just need to click the confirmation link provided and enter as a guest. It’s that simple.
All Success Factor Webinars and SIGs have been fully transitioned to the Adobe Connect platform. Over the next several weeks all open enrollment virtual classes will be transitioned. You may take a class today in the current platform and tomorrow it will be in Adobe Connect. That’s how quickly and seamlessly we anticipate this transition. Account-specific classes will transition closer to year-end so as not to disrupt account schedules.
