Civil/Site Tools?

Why are there spaces instead of commas when I use "Place Coordinates" from the Civil/Site Tools? I've even tried different fonts and still no commas. I've using Microstation V8i (version 08.11.09.578).

Patrick - the last update of CivTools was in January 2012. There are comments in the Library forum (communities.bentley.com/.../275866.aspx) from 2012 and onward regarding this and other issues with Place Coordinates. Changes have been promised but not delivered. These tools should be integrated into MicroStation.
