Hi Shubham,

you used wrong forum, I guess you should use MicroStation Programming forum.

As far as I know, the access to MicroStation SDK is only through BDN program, Bentley wants to close it as much as possible :-(

If you are SELECT subscriber, I guess SELECT BDN is free extension to SELECT agreement, allowing in-house development. The second option is "normal" commercial BDN membership.

first of all thank you for correcting me as i am new to community 

and if i am not a select subscriber ,then how can i develop tools for V8 without using Vba and macros 

and is there any need of SDK to develop for V8

i want to develope tools for V8 using visual studio with C# or C++
