I havn't tried to install the version from XM, but based on other discussions related to other apps. I better ask first.

The Detailer "Place Welding Symbol" works great, except I need to remove the arrow head. Any ideas?

But if you remove the arrow head the the symbols are not to international welding symbol standards, you may as well create your own cells and not use the weld detailer...but since this tool is very quick and easy to use...
I dont think there is a way you cant really remove it as its created via an mdl you may only have the old school option of drop the dim and delete the head...
