I am running powerdraft v8i version 08.11.07.172 and have downloaded the pre-release version of CivTools and CellTools. When I try to use CivTools I get "MDL Loader: Could not load application CIVTOOLS." CellTool works perfect though.
Any ideas?

CivTools is a native-code application now, and runs on MicroStation but not MicroStation PowerDraft.

Hi, I'm using PowerCivil v8i and I really need to change some elevations. I have civtools installed in the correct directory, but whenever I try to load it from PowerCivil, I get the same message. "MDL Loader: Could not load application CIVTOOLS".
Can anyone help me load CIVTOOLS or otherwise change an elevation?
