CivTools, placing coordinates, and commas

How will I remove the comma when placing coordinates using civtools v8?

There is a setting in the "General" tab of the CivTools Properties dialog where you can enable or disable using a comma for the decimal. Are you looking for something other than that? If so, could you provide a screen-shot (or example) of what you are trying to achieve?

Hi,

I want to use the "by default" without the comma after the 3 just like the old civtools for v7.

Example: 3,322.53 to 3322.53

I have the some problem ,if not chose the comma ,it will be blank, but i do not want the blank.

Hi Xinmh,

I have found a solution to remove the comma but it doesn't involve the civtools. I used the "Find and replace text" after I placed all the coordinates. Find all the commas and replace it with blank. Just be cautious when doing this especially when there are other text or notes using commas. You can try different method or approach to target only the coordinates for instance, by fence.

I have the same problem. For my stuff i want "COMMA" to show up but it doesn't. i do the find replace to fix this but i still ended up going back and

deleting the comma after the "N/E" at the beginning.

SOMETHING Interesting: This is true when I load civil tools (ver. 08.11.09.04/January 24, 2012) onto my V8i. But when I load it onto my V8 it works as it suppose to.

Anyone have thoughts on this?
