I have found 2 issues with Cell Utility v8i.
1. It is not compatible with MS_WORKMODE set to DWG, as it still places Normal cells in DGN and not Shared cells. Ignores "use shared cells" switch.
2. If cells use RGB colors then they are placed as index colors. This is wrong.
