专家好，我在使用BRCM导入电缆清册时，选择好excel表和XML文件后导入，弹出服务器出现意外情况。
我是用的为OFFICE2013版本，不管是用V8I还是CE版本的BRCM软件均出现同样问题，请问怎么解决呢
点击一下“更新数据库”命令查看是否正常，然后尝试重启软件或计算机，如果仍然无效，请将电缆清册和xml文件上传，我们会进行进一步测试。
数据库没有问题，也点过更新数据库没有异常，之前也多次使用过。
后来出现了这个问题后，我甚至重装过系统，还是不行。
电缆清册我使用的就是V8I或者CE自带的示例项目的cablelist的excel表和xml文件，我这里也上传一个。

您好，按照操作我分别初始化了V8I和CE版本的BRCM，其中CE版本的问题得到了解决
但是V8I版本的可以进行导入的前几部操作后还是有有报错，截图如下，烦请看下是否有解决方案。
之前也有遇到过这样的情况，一般可以通过重新安装软件解决，或者更新到CE版本，新的版本的出问题的概率要小得多；
重新安装可以参考这个帖子，删除软件
communities.bentley.com/.../brcm
在删除软件并关闭所有国产杀毒软件后， 重新安装软件。
