Hello,
I checked your model and found some errors / warnings which you should correc before analyzing the nework;
1. There are a lot of Low Impact Development areas which are active but not connected to any "active" parent catchment. Either make the LID areas "inactive" or connect them to parent catchments by making these catchments "active".
2. The active catchments are not having any outflow node. There are two active catchments in the first scenario but both of them do not have any active outflow node.
However, the software didn't crash in my case. Try correcting the issues above and see if this helps.
