解决方案

1.按如下格式编写一个TXT文件

9+00.000 | Default | 90+2x120+90m SPANS | STA 9+00.000 CENTER OF 4 SPAN BRIDGE
15+00.000 | Default | 90+120+90m SPANS | STA 15+00.000 CENTER OF 3 SPAN BRIDGE

2.导入这个文件：File > Geometry > Import，切换到ICS页.

3.可以在geometry>cogo point>edit > review extended descriptions

4.然后用这个：Geometry > View > View Vertical Annotation command ，桥梁即可绘制上去。

5.结果展示。
