&lt;p&gt;HYDRO卡第20选项I,R的具体设置方式应该如下图说明：当选择I时，杆件由于浮力产生的端部力需要通过规范推荐的0.5fh进行考虑，即这个时候浮力计算应该采用Marine 方法（该方法不涉及杆件端部力计算）；当选择R 时，由浮力计算产生的杆件端部力应该被包含在杆件荷载中，即这个时候应该选择Rational 方法（该方法直接涉及杆件端部力计算）。&lt;/p&gt;
