&lt;p&gt;在冰激振动疲劳分析中，程序通过能够产生最大响应的模式(基底剪力或者翻转力矩，大量试算表明，基本都是通过基底剪力来判断冰激振动的effective period)来考虑荷载的循环次数。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;以基础剪力作用为例说明：&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;后半段试算时间内获得平均基底剪力为245.85&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;后半段试算时间30秒内平均基底剪力245.85穿过基底剪力时程曲线8次，所以冰激振动有效周期为30/（0.5*8）=7.5秒&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;一个观测期（在本示例中，FTOPT卡中设置为1年）内观测到该冰况持续存在时间为0.5小时，所以在一个观测期内，该冰况产生的应力循环次数为0.5*3600/该冰况有效周期=1800/7.5=240次，即根据本例，FTLOAD 1的次数为240次。&lt;/p&gt;
