方法一：从Connection Client打开

点击CONNECTION Client下拉菜单中的 "License Tool "选项（从11.00.05.34版本开始包含此选项）：

方法二- 通过Windows开始进行搜索

1. 打开Windows开始菜单。
2. 输入Bentley Licensing tool
3. 选择Bentley Licensing tool

方法三 – 路径下打开

直接打开以下路径下的执行文件: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\LicService\Bentley.Licensing.LicenseTool.exe
