【问题概述】

安装Substation失败；

单独安装Microsoft SQL Server ，在最后SqlEngineDBStartConfigAction_install_configrc_Cpu32处卡住非常久，然后报错：Could not find the Database Engine startup handle

此问题经过调查，是由于Microsoft SQL Server不支持在未进行4K对齐的硬盘上进行安装。
