问题描述

无法登录CONNECTION Client. 

1.输入邮箱和密码，然后点击登CONNECTION Client

2.您将看到以下错误页面
"The webpage cannot be displayed..." 页面无法显示"

或者 "Connection Issues. Could not connect..."-连接问题，无法连接

解决方法

CONNECTION Client登录失败有多种原因。以下是几个已知原因。

1.临时中断

第一步，尝试在 CONNECTION Client 窗口中间单击右键，然后选择 "返回"。或者按 F5 刷新。

2.系统时钟

错误： 无法登录。您的系统时钟与服务器不同步。

登录 CONNECTION Client时，您会收到一个带有时间戳的安全令牌。如果您的时钟不正确，您必须在登录前解决这个问题。上述错误中提到您的系统时钟与服务器不同步。服务器指的是网络服务器。在这种情况下，你需要联系 IT 部门，要求修复服务器上的时间。

错误可能不会出现，但你会在日志中看到以下内容：

DEBUG - LoginControlViewModel - Failed to deserialize token: System.IdentityModel.Tokens.SecurityTokenNotYetValidException: ID4222: The SamlSecurityToken is rejected because the SamlAssertion.NotBefore condition is not satisfied.
NotBefore: '4/27/2021 1:46:19 PM'
Current time: '4/27/2021 12:51:19 PM'

要解决该问题，请将本地 Windows 机器上的时钟与 https://www.time.gov 上的时间服务器同步，或者根据 https://time.is 上显示的时间手动设置时间。然后，重新启动 CONNECTION 客户端，并尝试再次登录。

时钟校正后，您就可以成功登录了。

3.Proxy Server 或 Network Firewall

另一个原因是您的代理服务器未配置或防火墙阻止了访问。

检查 Bentley.Connect.Client.exe.log. 如果您的代理服务器阻止了您的访问，您应该会看到与此类似的错误：

02-07-17 07:17:17.931 [1] ERROR - SingleSignOnControl - An error occured during federated login process - The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.

4.CONNECTION Client版本

升级 CONNECTION 客户端版本解决了这一问题。您可以通过 CONNECT Center的软件下载中心下载，或通过CONNECTION Client | Bentley Systems进行下载。

5.杀毒软件

在某些情况下，杀毒软件可能会阻止连接。请确保在杀毒软件中为应用程序和流量添加规则。
