[Service Manager] Frozen service tickets

Some of my logged service tickets are never answered.

Tried to create service ticket using Service Manager->Website Assistance->online support tools area to report this issue but  it was both times registered wrongly as product problem and not website area. See - 7000233417,7000229865. Also tried to use http://www.bentley.com/BentleyWebSite/Tools/feedback.aspx with no luck.

Details: These service tickets are still current and waiting for an answer from analyst. There are either no resolution provided or no answers to my last emails some tickets even don't have any analyst attached. Please take a look.
