Our company have come across a problem with product activation on RAM Structural System Version 14.06.02. Despite we have key in site activation key, the program still request for activation and eventually expired. Now we are unable to access the program anymore. Our server is SELECTServer.bentley.com. Please get back to us with solution as soon as possible. Thanks.
The following support solution addresses activation issues for modules within RAM Structural System. If RAM Structural System fails to open at all, please navigate to C:\Program Files\Bentley\Engineering\RAM Structural System\Prog, and open LicenseTool.exe. Then proceed with the instructions for Option 2. Please confirm whether you can open and use modules within RAM Structural System now.

I've tried as what you taught but still "disabled" even though I've activate them. I still unable to open RAM Structural System. what shall I do next?
