CONNECTION client update issue

Hi, Dear all,

Yesterday, I installed Bentley Leap Bridge CONNECTION edition. So CONNECTION client version 10.0.1.11 was installed. Whenever I open it up, the update window will pop up. However I was unable to download and install the update. Could you please help me with that? THX

    Thank you very very much for your quick response. I think it might be related to "me and my employer relation verification" something like that. However, I am not really sure. Please help me with this. The update pop-up window is kind of annoying. The Leap Bridge itself is activated and seems working fine.

    The Bentley Cloud Services shows this. I don't know if this helps.

    The issue is that you're behind a firewall that doesn't fully support HTTP 1.1 range requests that are requied for using the update service. Please see the follow Microsoft Support solution for steps to resolve the issue: support.microsoft.com/.../922330 . This would need to be handled by your internal IT department.

    In the meantime, either you or your site administrator can download the latest CONNECTION client from the Fulfillment Center (connect.bentley.com > Software Downloads> search for: CONNECTIONS) and install it.

    That's something that is handled by your site administrator in your company. Can you send me a private message with your company name, or account number and I can look up who your site administrator is?
