Bad really bad support from Bentley in sweden

I havbeen almoust 3 hours in phone waiting for connection to anybody in Bentley office, and no answer, no call back NO NOTHING.
WHAT IS THE ISSUE??
Why can´t I be connected to local office and clear the our issues with them??
REALLY BAD SERVICE BENTLEY SYSTEMS, REALLY BAD!!
