Some users unable to verify products because activation key is not recognized

An intermittent activation issue is affecting a subset of sites on selectserver.bentley.com, also known as Bentley CONNECT SELECTservices. Affected users notice that their products open in trial or offline mode and their site activation key fails to verify in the License Management Tool with the following error:

Server does not support this Activation Key.

The problem (defect 474585) has been identified by SELECTserver development, and a fix will be applied as soon as possible to address it. This post will be updated once the fix has been applied to selectserver.bentley.com.

Products should still function in offline mode for a least a few days, but if production down issues are imminent or already occurring, please file a service request for further assistance. If you have a SELECT agreement, you can also call technical support.
