I get the error message every time i try to login to the desktop app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version, using "Forgot password" to reset my password, and tried to "New User? Register Now". My user name and login seems to work everywhere else expect for the connection client desktop app. Has anyone else had this issue?

One of the users in my organisation faced the similar issue.
I am Co admin for but didnt see his request in the approval list. So, I had to manually add him to have his connection client running. Why does this issue comes for some of the users and others are able to register successfully?
I would also like to add my gmail in the list ( as i want to use an external account for testing transmittal) but it is getting failed.
Can you suggest who is approving these requests from users? Is it bentley or someone in my organisation?

I am currently going through the same thing and can't figure it out or what to do. I have had the email for years and can't login. I need to because of work related issues and haven't been able to do so for about 3 to 4 weeks. I don't understand y I wouldn't b in there system. I have had the email for over 15 years!!!#
