A) Does Bentley provide a means to transfer MicroStation licenses in the case of divestiture or acquisition? B) Can a sub company that is contracted to an existing Bentley Select company legally use the parent company Bentley products?

A) Most other software companies provide the means for a one-time transfer of a purchased license. Where can I find details on this fo Bentley products? 
 B) If a subbed construction inspection company is working for our company can those inspectors access available Microstation licenses and update existing drawings, etc?

Yes, Bentley Systems does allow license transfers. This is handled by our Legal Department and the transfer information would be provided by your Account Manager. Please feel free to call 1-800-BENTLEY to be connected to your Account Manager or you can also log a service request via the Service Request Manager 
 Yes, subcontractors can access your company licenses. We recommend providing the subcontractor a Custom Activation Key. Please see Custom Activation Groups
