Running Reports with SELECTserver - Licensed applications not showing

Question

Hello, 
 When running license usage reports, applications that appear in our License File are not available for selection in the 'Applications' column meaning I can't monitor usage for specific applications. I assume this is not correct so where do I go to rectify the problem?

The screenshot on the left is from SELECTserver report function and the one on the right is from our License File. As you can see, I can't run a report on RAM usage but I can for STAAD, which we don't have a license for! 
 Any help would be great, thanks

To view usage for RAM and STAAD products, please choose the Structural Enterprise listing in the Products listing on the Report Parameters screen. Some of our users have this special license which covers RAM and STAAD products, making the individual product licenses unnecessary. However, an outstanding defect (332141) with the SELECTserver administrative interface is causing the Structural Enterprise listing to appear even for users that do not have them. Please select Structural Enterprise in the Products listing as a workaround.

Click on Run Reports and check whether RAM usage shows in reports.
