Why there is no input field to quickly search by SR number? The advanced search is troublesome as it requires to provide search dates. It would be easier to input SR number directly.
P.S. Tried to log this CR as Service ticket(7000597491) but It was wrongly forwarded to europe orders email as licensing issue which it is not. This SR was registered under Website Assistance-> Online Support Tools-> Service Request Manager

Still no option for direct linking to Service ticket number. Search by number takes ages.
