 I downloaded the viewer software 
 from the link ( www.bentley.com/.../bentley-view ) 
 after 7 days I receive every time try to open it the message, in attach

Is normal? 
 I now was free, in the past version never find it.

Hello Fulvio, 
To use Bentley View for more than the 7 day trial period, it is necessary to be a CONNECTED User, which requires you to create a free profile via the CONNECTION Client: communities.bentley.com/.../24305.bentley-cloud-services-overview and then signing in with that credential.

Yes, for each machine that needs to use the software you would want to follow the same process of making the registration for each new user.

To add to Josh's answer you can upload users in bulk in User Management using a CSV file. See communities.bentley.com/.../25124.user-management for help.
