Changing Account setting, enterprise portal, user manangement

In the Enterprise portal, User Management. You can select, Settings at the top right corner of the screen beside help

In Account Settings panel , select, Passports tab. 

Passport Name: BentleyCONNECT , Available is set to YES,  if it were changed to NO would that stop anyone listed as a user in our organization from using a BentleyConnect Passport?
