In the Enterprise portal, User Management. You can select, Settings at the top right corner of the screen beside help
In Account Settings panel , select, Passports tab.
Passport Name: BentleyCONNECT , Available is set to YES, if it were changed to NO would that stop anyone listed as a user in our organization from using a BentleyConnect Passport?
Hi Michelle, That wouldn't block users from using a Passport from a mobile app. I believe the user can use a Passport by signing in with the CONNECTED User account, but I would recommend that you post your question in the forum of the mobile app you're using to be certain.
