Has anyone gotta an answer as to why Bentley seemingly refuses to notify clients when new versions of licensed products are released?
I mean, they obviously know what every client has a license for, so it shouldn't be that hard to notify at least the account managers when a new version of a licensed product is released?
Many of us who "manage" these apps don't use them, so we do not read the RSS feeds, nor do we care. (We have many other actual IT related duties to focus on rather than manually downloading and updating apps every 3-6 months).
