We mentioned this on the Forum and then we updated the posted documents. You will likely see us continue to adjust the look and functionality of the Portals as we get feedback from our users. You can still get the details you need via those same reports once you select a Service. The reports will be in the drop-down at the top of the page, next to the name of the Service you selected .
