Time zone for select server reports

The time setting is not working correctly, hence defect#99974 has been raised for the same. Please follow the community forum; communities.bentley.com/.../109086

Does this mean that it is in the Bentley defect to do list? When I follow the link you suggested it takes me to a similar question that was asked 2 years ago (July 2015). Has this bug been on the defect list for 2 yrs? Is it going to be fixed?

The defect was filed in May 2014 when originally discovered on SELECTserver Online. Internally, usage and billing are recorded and calculated in UTC time since SELECTserver Online services the whole world. Time stamp offsets in reports to local time would make them more readable in some respects, but they would also offset the day boundary which could introduce confusion. Your time zone (UTC +12), for instance, would yield reports with days stretching from 12 PM - 11:59 AM the next day local time. Consequently, a resolution is not as straightforward as it would seem.
