&lt;p&gt;I am not sure whether my problem belongs to this discussion or not, but there is similar issue we too are facing. We have two power draft licenses and we are suppose to use both in different computers. On one system it is working fine I suppose but another one this message is popping up. Do you or anyone in this discussion has any suggestion???&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I did as you said, opened the Licence Management Tool, I highlighted MicroStation the clicked Activate at the bottom right and my system &amp;#39;sent logs&amp;#39;. The Status Description field at the bottom remained blank as it was when I opened the Licence Management Tool. As in your Licence Management Tool image, there is a tick beside the MicroStation listing in the Activation Tab and the Features Status on the MicroStation line is shown as Activated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The &amp;#39;activate within X days message&amp;#39; did not come up when I opened MicroStation this time, having opened it only yesterday. It only seems to come up when I haven&amp;#39;t used MicroStation for about a week or so.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This same problem happened to me several years ago and Bentley were able to correct it at their end.&lt;/p&gt;

A listing for MicroStation will appear on the Activation Status tab. Please select it, and note the status in the Status Description field after clicking the Activate button in the lower right. I see that you are indeed a SELECT subscriber, so your product can activate normally. If your product is not showing a Status of Activated, please let us know what you find in the Status Description field.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;because you did not write whether you are SELECT subscriber (so logs are sent to Bentley server regularly) or you are not SELECT program member and your license is checked out for a fixed period.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you are SELECT subscriber, I think this problem can be caused by some network issue. You can try to open License Management Tool (in MicroStation from menu Utilities &amp;gt; License Management...) and to press F9 (it&amp;#39;s equal to Tools &amp;gt; Send Logs Now...), which will force to send logs to Bentley.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Another issue can be problem with your registry, because the licensing information are stored there.&lt;/p&gt;
