 After several attemps i&amp;#39;m not able to activate the new verson of Bentley Map PowerView (08.11.09.862).

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve now taken a backup of my registry. Can you say more specific which folders in the registry we should look in for changes?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In my humble opinion this is not enough. Let me explain why I don&amp;#39;t think this is&amp;nbsp;enough:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Bentley Map PowerView is the only program of all Bentley program&amp;#39;s that has this problem. I&amp;#39;ve have installed MicroStation, Bentley Map, PowerCivil&amp;nbsp;an so on&amp;nbsp;with absolutely no problems like this!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- We can&amp;#39;t tell our customers which suffers under this, that this is the only solution! Would you be satisfied with this if you sold the program, but only could use for 13 minutes before you have to close it?&lt;/p&gt;

I recommend exporting a copy of your registry to a file to capture a known good state. You are right, it&amp;#39;s excatly the same error described in the earlier posts. My solution at that time seems only to be temporary :(.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve now done as you described (and as I did with temporary success last time).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Uninstalled PowerView&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Run a registry cleaner&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Rebooted my machine&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Installed Bentley Map PowerView.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now, the logging file looks better than before. No errors and I think my license is now accepted if I had not missed anything in my quick review of the log file.&lt;/p&gt;

That being said, I have confirmed that your site has licenses for this product. To correct Navigator Mobile Publisher activation issue, open the License Management Tool, select Navigator Mobile Publisher in the list on the Activation Status tab, and click the Activate button. The status should switch to Activate.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can you provide a screenshot of the licensing error you are encountering in Bentley Map PowerView? With logging enabled, please open Bentley Map PowerView&amp;nbsp;to capture any licensing traffic generated by the product. Also, please open the License Management Tool, and select Send Logs Now to attempt a transmission of any recorded usage. Finally, submit the new licdebug.log file via &lt;a href="/help/w/be_communities_help/7079/communities-secure-file-upload" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Secure File Upload&lt;/a&gt; for further analysis.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
