The CONNECTION Client is looking for an older token that is no longer valid. The token expires in 7 days from the last sign-in so some users will not experience this issue. If they do, complete the following:
1) Exit out of the CONNECTION Client (right click on the icon located in the system tray and select Exit)
2) Open a command prompt and type in this command:
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\Bentley.Connect.Client.exe" - noautosso
This is not an issue that should re-occur.
Thank you,
Glenn
I have seen this issue today on at least 3 machines. Seems like something else is going on here. Deleting the .db files under %userprofile%\appdata\local\Bentley\ will fix it also. I haven't tried this fix yet

Yes, the solution you mentioned will also resolve this but it removes your existing preferences. This is why the first option was suggested as it has worked for many users.
Deleting the .db files worked for me while the first suggestion did nothing.

The command prompt solution didn't work for me. Deleting the local *.db files DID work.

I exited the CONNECTION Client and ran the command from a command prompt. That didn't fix it.
I exited the CONNECTION Client again, then deleted the *.db files; voilà!
Thank you Mark S.!
