The CONNECTION Client is looking for an older token that is no longer valid. The token expires in 7 days from the last sign-in so some users will not experience this issue. If they do, complete the following:
1) Exit out of the CONNECTION Client (right click on the icon located in the system tray and select Exit)
2) Open a command prompt and type in this command:
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\Bentley.Connect.Client.exe" - noautosso
This is not an issue that should re-occur.

I found a shorter, faster fix.
If you're using version 11.00.01.88, downgrade to 10.00.19.31 unless you're somehow happy with it.

I fixed it by uninstalling 11.00.02.16 and installing 10.00.19.31 as suggested. It works now. Something Bentley did recently broke the current version. 11.00.02.16 was working last week. I hope they fix it soon. Thanks Bill.
I had the same issue on 11.00.02.16 uninstalled and installed the 10.00.19.30 and it fixed it.
