The CONNECTION Client is looking for an older token that is no longer valid. The token expires in 7 days from the last sign-in so some users will not experience this issue. If they do, complete the following:
1) Exit out of the CONNECTION Client (right click on the icon located in the system tray and select Exit)
2) Open a command prompt and type in this command:
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\Bentley.Connect.Client.exe" - noautosso
This is not an issue that should re-occur.
Thank you,
Glenn
for this to work you need to delete the extra space after the "-"
it needs to read
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\Bentley.Connect.Client.exe" -noautosso
I tried both solutions and Connection Client is still blank.
aucivil,
Did you exit the CONNECTION Client first? Hitting the red X only minimizes it to your system tray. You have to right-click in the system tray on the icon and exit.

Even after the exit, CONNECTION Client had a background process running. Had to go through task manager to stop it.
Working now - Thanks
I've too have the blank screen, and the first option doesn't work, even with removing the extra space. Haven't tried the second option.
Note that I was able to log in yesterday with no problem. Why has this issue just started?
