According to the enterprise portal we used CONNECT advisor for 24 hours last month. I don't know how this is possible as I didn't use it once as far as I know!

The CONNECT Advisor is Bentley new service which comes with CONNECT edition products. So any usage of CONNECT Advisor will no be charged. Why I am I getting "Overage notices" for (and I am not going to use the word "using") CONNECT Advisor?
As someone who has been a Bentley Select user for the best part of 10 years, this is all new to me.
I am simply a CAD technician - not an Administrator. I have little understanding of how your CONNECT applications "run in the background". Also I've never used them intentionally.
If the use of these programs is free - then why the need for notices re. licence usage?
