According to the enterprise portal we used CONNECT advisor for 24 hours last month. I don't know how this is possible as I didn't use it once as far as I know!

The CONNECT Advisor is Bentley new service which comes with CONNECT edition products. So any usage of CONNECT Advisor will no be charged. My account manager has contacted me and explained that there is no possibility of my company being billed for the overage notices that I mentioned.
He went on to explain that "CONNECT" may have issues, as it is now, with a user logging in on another Bentley user's system. It's a long story.
I took his kind assurance - but really hope these kind of things don't persist.
Stuart - there seem to be some bugs here. I hope your issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
